Inside the 12 Pillars Of Longevity Coaching Program

A 12 month 1:1 coaching program that customizes each pillar to your unique needs to achieve a longevity lifestyle.

 

In our first 90 minute session we will address current lifestyle factors such as your biological age, diet, supplements, exercise, sleep, stress management, and environment and you will discover new longevity lifestyle protocols. We’ll create a personalized action plan to optimize these areas for longevity. Integrating your new longevity tools allows for small changes that will, over time, slow down your aging process.

 

Then, we’ll meet once per month thereafter for 60 minute coaching sessions,
working through one pillar each month, for the remainder of the year.

Insurance is not accepted, however you may contact me for a flexible payment option.
I only work with the most reputable US based in-home testing labs and best-sourced longevity supplements available on the market. Once we begin your longevity journey, we will cover all the testing and supplement options as we go, based on your budget preference.
There is no way for us to create a one-size fits all longevity plan because it is all based on your bio-individual data, personal/budget preferences. Tests and supplements are not included in the yearly coaching engagement for this reason. Once we begin customizing your longevity journey, we will cover all the testing and supplement options for you to choose from.
Each test provided through Longevity Guide includes a detailed report summary from the testing laboratory, interpreted by their doctors, and is submitted directly to you via email.* We will review the test results summary together to position them into your longevity routine to optimize consistency and results.

The 12 Pillars Of Longevity are designed to be experienced sequentially beginning with Pillar #1 because they build on one another, covering all your bodily systems within the first 12 months. This gives you a baseline for continuing your longevity journey for years to come.

While we aim to complete one pillar each month, it typically takes 30-60 days to form a new habit. So if you are experiencing challenges with a specific pillar then we can add sessions to address them.

The goal is creating a longevity lifestyle that will stay with you long term. I have designed a 12-month program because you will have a much higher rate of success. When you move through this process slowly, small step by small step in the right direction, you will achieve long term habit transformation. Therefore, individual coaching sessions are not offered. The best way to decide if this program is a good fit for you is to schedule a complimentary call.
