My personal journey into this field began in 2016, a year marked by both fear and revelation. When my husband was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, I was overwhelmed with fear and concern for both his immediate recovery and his long-term health. This crisis drove me to dive deeply into every aspect of health—physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and intellectual. It was through this comprehensive exploration that I discovered the emerging field of longevity, which ignited a profound sense of purpose within me.
Driven by this newfound passion, I devoted myself to mastering the principles of longevity. Together we will transform your old habits, one at a time, so you can achieve your longevity goals at your own pace.
